NOTE: There are 19 qualifying judges for MPHA year-end awards. A horse must be exhibited to at least one more than half the judges at MPHA approved shows in that specific event to qualify for a year-end award. In 2011, you must show to at least 11 judges under this rule. Must be same horse/same exhibitor for Amateur/Nov.Amateur and Youth.
