The newsletter is published quarterly and the deadline for information to be included in the newsletter is the 15th of the preceeding month. For example, the deadline is December 15th for the Jan/Feb/March issue. Issues for 2010 will be: Jan/Feb/March; April/May/June; July/Aug/Sept; and Oct/Nov/Dec.
